This charming independent studio (non-smoking) of 15 m2 on the ground floor and a mezzanine (low ceiling) is located in Les Grandes Rivières between Dompierre-sur-Mer and Sainte-Soulle.

On the ground floor, the entrance hall, which allows you to store strollers and bicycles, leads to two bedrooms of 11 and 13 m2 with closets, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilets. Upstairs, you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen open to a bright living room of 40 m2, facing south, with panoramic views of the banks of the Sèvre Niortaise. There is also a cellar and a separate toilet. The 3rd bedroom of 9 m2 overlooks the living room.
