The apartment is located at 1,450 meters altitude in a residence in Meransen near Brixen. It is on the first floor, accommodates 5–6 people, and offers a spacious, well-equipped kitchen-living room with dining table, sofa bed, TV, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms, each with its own TV and bathroom with toilet, shower, and bidet.
