My place is in Carnia, 600 m. high, close to places rich in history, events and traditions; beautiful excursions to the mountains, woods, peaks, mountain huts and lakes. The house dates back to the 18th century, renovated to preserve the typical characteristics of fleshly houses with stone floors, ceilings with vaults, thick walls that keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. It is suitable for couples, families with children, groups, nature lovers, in the heart of a mountain village.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.
