The apartment is equal to description and photos, very cozy, beautiful, clean, has all the necessary functionalities, as well as the structure of the building, all spaces organized and with gentle employees, its location is wonderful, in the center of Bacutia, on the side of the beach and close to the main events of the region. Rita was an excellent hostess, passed all the recommendations, responded quickly, very kind and helpful. I fully recommend the stay!

Apartment super well located, close to everything, pharmacies, supermarket, restaurants, and in front of Morro beach! Charlton was super receptive and maintained good communication throughout the stay, the experience was great!

Great location close to everything, Furnished apartment. Large rooms and rooms, comfortable beds, full small bathroom with strong shower shower, very spacious kitchen, laundry with washing machine. Important: there is no elevator so get ready to climb 4 stairways. Missing microwave, iron and dish cloth in the kitchen,Take bath and bed clothes. the pillow has in the house.

All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
