Sensational! The house is exactly like in the pictures, very comfortable, cozy, spacious and tightly clean. The rooms have comfortable beds and cabinets embedded in the closets. Bed linen and towels are offered by the host. Everything very clean, smelly and tidy. The kitchen is super equipped in terms of pots, shapes, platters, cutlery, glasses, cups, glasses, clean dish cloths, large and very good stovetop, microwave and etc. A filter with ice water is a very positive differential. The BBQ area is also excellent, with everything you're entitled to! In this space we also have access to a beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. Rosi and her husband live upstairs and clean them upstairs, which makes the experience very comfortable. We made a family trip and enjoyed the house a lot, in addition to the beautiful beaches , all very close by (5-8 minutes' drive away). Although not in the face of the beach, the location is execellent! I hope to return and strongly recommend!

We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

The house is cute! Very functional, clean organized and complete. The space is great and so is the location! Village near the beach and in a quiet place for those who really want to rest! Kelciane is very receptive, friendly and made us very comfortable. In fact, she takes care of the house really fine and leaves nothing to be desired.

Our experience was simply amazing! Since our arrival, we were greeted with great affection, a beautiful table prepared with cake and a handwritten message that made everything even more special. The house is impeccable: well-equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, extremely organized and comfortable. The barbecue space is excellent and perfect for bringing the family together. The highlight, without a doubt, was the huge wooded backyard, full of fruit trees and a large space where the children could play and have fun at will. The tranquility and contact with nature made the stay even more special. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay for another day! As a suggestion, installing air-conditioning could make the experience even more comfortable on hotter days, but it in no way detracted from our wonderful family time. We are already looking forward to returning next summer and enjoying this charming place even more

I loved everything in this house, from the first message sent to Mr. Antônio, until it's time to leave. Full house, quiet place,... my boyfriend and I were met in person by the host, had a coffee table and chocolates too, all with great care. I recommend with my eyes closed.

We love hosting! The apartment is comfortable, very functional and is in a wonderful condominium. Marisa was super gentle, relaxed check-in and checkout, and communicated with us promptly. We will certainly return at other times.

The house is exactly as shown in the photo, in fact, even better than shown in the photos. Ivana was always very polite, treating us with the greatest affection, whenever we needed her she was there as quickly as possible. The house is in a very quiet location. The accommodations are good. My family felt at home. Some suggestions: For air conditioning in the rooms, the upstairs rooms are very hot, and there was only 1 fan in the room for 6 people, this ended up making it difficult for us to sleep. I believe that in the summer it must be very complicated. Leave disinfectant and bleach in the bathrooms in case guests want to clean up. Otherwise, I would definitely stay in the house again.

Great place, clean and organized, in a very quiet area in the south of Piúma, no traffic, facing the beach. The tranquil condominium, the adult pool was clean, grass, parking space (discovery) near the apartment (the garage gate was only working in manual mode and did not lock, but this was not a problem). Ideal for families with children. Responsive and cordial host. Recommend!

Everything was very good. If I ever return to Guarapari, I'll try to stay at this location again. The pool with barbecue is the highlight of the stay.
