Great accommodation in Marina de Campo, clean, comfortable and a stone's throw from the sea and the walk that takes you to the village. The owners, very kind, provided us with a cot and high chair for our 7 Months and the bikes, equipped with a seat, which turned out to be very useful. If we were to return to Elba, we would stay here again. The terrace is fabulous! Highly recommended

On the third floor of a building in the center of Piombino there is a house of incredible elegance. Very manicured finishes, themed furniture, fully equipped kitchen.... ideal for families, for young couples, for vacationers who want the nearby sea and the historic center available... and also for those who move for work.... we will definitely come back (if we find a place! It is very requested, with full merit). Brava Laura !

We loved Giacomo's apartment. Wonderful location with sea view where we could enjoy wonderful sunsets with unforgettable aperitifs and dinners. Very nice and comfortable apartment with every comfort to best spend a week of vacation in total relaxation. Public beach 1 min walk and numerous restaurants right on the waterfront. We were Krizia's guests in the central 2 weeks of August, and the house exactly matches the description: clean, functional and above all very well cared for and complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The extreme proximity to the sea makes it very easy to alternate house/beach to make the most of the days while the decentralized location (the village center, very lively at night, is about a 15-minute walk) guarantees maximum tranquility. A plus is the indoor parking spot as the proximity to the sea makes it very difficult to find parking. In conclusion, it was a very positive experience in particular for the excellent condition of the house to such an extent that no contact with the host was necessary during the stay.

Hot review, we spent 1 week as guests of Sonia and Cristiano, two delightful people, excellent guests, present but discreet. The house matches the description and the place is exactly what we were looking for: pleasant and quiet. The house is 30 meters from the beach, the sea can also be seen from the terrace. Air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher much appreciated. The resort is not among the most popular on the island and to get there there is a road with hairpin bends (beautiful view), there is only a bar restaurant and pizzeria and a service that rents sunbeds, umbrellas, canoes and pedal boats. We had a very good time, relaxed and refreshed. It was our first time in Elba and we'll be back. Great stay!

The stay here exceeded our expectations. Great for visiting the nearby beaches (we really liked Calamoresca), taking a trip to Elba and the Etruscan Archaeological Park. A few minutes walk and you are in the heart of the historic center of Piombino: the view from Piazza Bovio in the evening is beautiful. On Wednesdays along the street of the apartment there is the local market, very large and full of bargains; despite this, no noise was heard from the outside. I also recommend the belvedere of Elisa Bonaparte suggested to us by a local lady who was very kind to give us a small tour of the town. Piombino was a nice surprise :)

Georg is super helpful and super accessible. Simply a great service - excellent. The apartment is centrally located and yet quiet. Within 5 minutes on foot to the pizzeria, shopping or the sea. The place is well equipped and clean, you feel right at home. Thanks for the great time and great hospitality.

The apartment turned out to be exactly as described, with all the desirable amenities. Perfect furniture and appliances, quiet and intimate location with a beautiful view of the sea of Elba.

Despite my delay of almost three hours, I had no problem with Marco, the father was really beautiful people too. I felt more than at home, a perfect place even for my dogs who had so much fun with all that field and sea. Very clean house. 15 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the most beautiful village of Tuscany in my opinion, which is Campiglia Marittima. It requires a means of transport that is a car scooter to get around. Quiet and relaxing place away from stress. I hope to see you again tomorrow. I recommend it to everyone

Everything was perfect, check-in was still possible despite our delay. The only negative was that the briefing was in Spanish and was not possible in any other language. But Google Translate helped here. This was due to our own delay. On site, everything was as mentioned in the description. Great area, great people and great accommodation.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

Location and views are excellent. For quietness and beautiful nature, you are happy to accept the gravel road to the property. The apartment and outdoor facilities are very well maintained and appealing. The host team is very friendly and animal-loving. We will be happy to come back again.

We felt very comfortable in Samuel's apartment! It is very well maintained and tastefully decorated and there was everything we could wish for a relaxing vacation: from cozy deck chairs on the balcony to new comfortable mattresses in all beds :) The pool is large and beautiful and the complex is very quiet. Samuele always responded immediately to messages and always found good solutions. The local contact was also very helpful and friendly! We will be happy to come back :)
