The price indicated for 2 people is for one bed (for the sofa bed with sheets, a supplement will be requested). The space is a fully open space, not suitable for colleagues.

The recently renovated studio has its own entrance and you will be totally independent from the rest of the house thanks to its bathroom and small equipped kitchen. We live on a farm, so you'll have views of the chickens and the cow meadow. The grounds are not fenced but your doggie is welcome! We ourselves have a dog and a cat. A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.
