Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, towels and sheets included. La Cova del Maqui is an incredible loft with a floor area of 45 m² and a 15 m² terrace. Ideal for two people. It has high ceilings, wood panelling, and large closets. You can enjoy a king-size bed. Option of an extra bed for a child and/or baby. The studio, with fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning, has different areas: an exquisite, perfectly equipped American-style kitchen, a bright living room, a bedroom area with a double bed, and a spacious bathroom. The modern kitchen has all the necessary appliances to cook as if you were in your own home: ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle and full kitchenware (cutlery, dishes, cups, pans, pots, etc.). The living room area has a comfortable sofa and a TV. The bedroom area has a comfortable 150 cm x 200 cm double bed and a large wardrobe with hangers. The bathroom has a large rain shower and all the products you may need during your stay: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer and, of course, towels. You will have access to and use of all the spaces in the apartment. (Only the same number of people listed on the booking can be in the apartment.) You can enjoy all the amenities you will find in my apartment, as shown in the photos. The entire apartment has an Internet connection via high-speed Wi-Fi (fibre optic). The apartment has heating for winter and air conditioning for summer. Bed linen and towels are included. You will also find items you may need, such as: - hair dryer, - iron and ironing board, - hand soap, - shampoo, shower gel, - washing machine, - TV, - heater, - air conditioning, - 24/7 support and - Wi-Fi. This 19th century house has been recently refurbished true to its original essence. The large studio has a separate sleeping area and 2 charming balconies that provide luminosity. A Norwegian cast iron stove keeps the studio warm in winter and a modern AC unit cools it in summer. The practical kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom has a comfortable shower with a good size boiler to ensure plenty of hot water. Terracotta floor tiles and wood beams make the studio feel charming and cozy.
