A very cozy place, easy to reach, quiet and with all the attractions nearby. The place has everything you could need and Ysabel is very helpful and kind, she would definitely come back with her eyes closed.

Absolutely amazing place

A house with all the needs to enjoy a few days, close to several beaches easy to get to and close to some places to eat. It was definitely a good option.

Everything is very nice, the only thing I think should have more kitchen utensils because they charged me for a cauldron when the apartment did not have and there is a need for brooms and cleaning utensils since they do not give the day service for the self to be able to clean anything that needs cleaning, after that everything is fine

Mirvely was a really good host, always available to respond and help. The place is a paradise, quiet and peaceful also is very clean and had exactly what you need. You can have a good taste of DR, near of beautiful beaches and rivers, local restaurants offer a variety of fresh seafood. I highly recommend this place and the host. Bonus: Mirvelys mom made delicious habichuelas con dulce.

For us, the place was perfect because it is easily accessible on foot to the university. Stalin was very helpful and friendly with us. We found the environment to be very quiet by Dominican standards. The area there was very clean. We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful stay! The location couldn’t be better — Playa Los Mino is right across the street, Playa Los Guardias is just a 2-minute walk, and Playa de los Muertos is only 4 minutes away. We felt completely safe throughout our stay and comfortably walked around the area both during the day and at night. Everything was exactly as described, and we truly enjoyed the convenience and beauty of the surroundings. Highly recommend!

Great location to explore the town and Beaches of Rio San Juan. Comfortable apartment, comfy beds and refreshing air conditioning. Views of the beach and sunset!

Amazing place to stay with family and close by to alot of activities

My stay at Luis's place was quite pleasant and met all our expectations. We had no problems of any kind. All very well equipped with necessities. Would recommend, 10/10!.
