The place is simple, but it has met our needs (bed and bath). It is close to the historic center, so we were able to do everything on foot (10 to 20 minute walks). The street is no exit, and therefore very quiet. The neighborhood is quite safe to walk back at night. The town is very damp and cold, so I recommend taking clothes and, if possible, an extra blanket. Only I do not indicate the location for people with mobility issues, due to the stairs and the hikes on the hills to reach the historic center.
