We loved our experience in the loft! The space is really very beautiful, very well equipped, the decor is perfect and brings even more warmth to the environment. The icing on the cake is the view that the loft offers to the Itatiaia mountain range. Whether from the living room, kitchen, bedroom, mezzanine, and even the bathroom, you can see the beauty of the place. The space was very clean. Valéria left us several treats: wine, chocolates, cookies, etc.! The instructions for getting to the place are clear and the location is super quiet. There's no dirt road! The bed, the showers and the hydro, everything was perfect! The kitchen had all the utensils, it had an airfryer, microwave, refrigerator, stove, oven. In addition, there was coffee powder, sugar, spices, a coffee maker, etc. etc.! I loved the experience and plan to return with my husband soon! Thanks so much, Valéria. Your loft is 10/10.

We became in love with the property! The Serra da Piedade and the cathedral are within reach of the eye. The property is beautiful, 360⁰, no matter where you look has a beautiful view. The landscaping is very beautiful and the home cozy. The housekeeper Geraldo is a 10 note, received us very well and was always helpful. We will definitely return! I recommend it!

We passed New Year's Eve in space and it was extremely enjoyable. Belizario was super attentive and served us with great promptness whenever we need to guide on a trail through the property. The stay was excellent and no doubt we will be back.

The old house is a magical place! It has a fantastic energy and its backyard with the lawn, trees, birds and that private waterfall make the place a precious thing to always visit. As it rained, it was not possible to know much about the region, nor to make the fire of the lual that we planned. But you can't just go there once! Naraku and her family are excellent hosts with creative proposals and who value the stay of groups like mine. We were very welcome in our experience of celebrating birthdays and going to cultural attraction in Lavras Novas. She got a very safe and reliable Van service, was receptive at all times. You're a kind and generous person! We love getting to know the House, Neide "Naraku" and his love Alexandre and the entire talented family: daughter Luana and son-in-law Ygor.

The property is cinematic! Surrounded by a lot of green and extremely well cared for. This is our second time staying and this last experience was even better. The house underwent renovations that made it even more comfortable. The internet is excellent. Another space to be enjoyed has been liberated: a very charming little field. Cláudio is super available and your Armando is a wonderful person, who has given us several guidelines. Definitely, it's the place where my dogs are happiest! Total freedom, safely! The property's location is also privileged: easy access, however, a totally quiet environment. I highly recommend the experience! Gratitude to Cláudio, once again!

Sérgio answered us and instructed us in the best way possible. Note: There were falls of light, which is not the responsibility of the owner, it is the fault of the region and of the condominium. The Host had candles to assist at these times. Great place to get out of the big city routine.

Simply perfect! We loved Recanto, which was definitely our haven, for a few days. The space is as shown in the photos, everything is very clean, organized and with clear instructions for use. I, my wife Andrea and children enjoyed our stay at the Yellow House. The site is not so close to the area of busiest bars and restaurants, providing tranquility and rest ... not so far that on a brisk walk we did not reach these places . The house is large and comfortable , well-equipped kitchen, spacious yard and well-kept and garage for 2 to 4 cars . We recommend !

Great service provided by Cristiane. The place is not next to the Chácara bikepark because it is about 10km of dirt road. Even so, you can do it along two different paths. The listing corresponds exactly to the location. The amount charged is well taken into account. The kitchen with stove and fridge helped me a lot. The farm is charming... ideal for those who want to immerse themselves in nature. The house and its various rooms (en-suites) were extremely clean. Luciana was a great host, assisted us throughout the stay, and the housekeeper Fatima was always present, assisting us in everything that was necessary.
