The apartment is located in the center of Nykoping Falster. Newly renovated in 2020. There is a 10-minute walk to Nykoping F station. The popular Marielyst is the place if you want to go to the beach. You're close to great experiences on Lolland and Falster. Plenty of options for dining, cinema, theatre, and shopping within walking distance of the apartment. We can possibly arrange an option for preparation on an air mattress in the living room. The apartment has 2 small balconies. The apartment is on the 1st floor. There is no elevator. Free parking.

Lovely apartment, renovated in 2023 with nice details of 105 sqm. Everything is new and delicious. Suitable for families up to 6 people or maybe three couples on vacation together. Huge well-equipped kitchen living room with good space to cook lovely food and coziness in the meantime. Three small, nice bedrooms: All on the 2nd floor. In connection with the kitchen , lovely terrace with both dining area, barbecue and small lounge area. Shared garden where the kids can romp while the parents sit on the terrace and keep an eye out.

Lejligheden ligger ca. 1 km fra Nysted, er nyrenoveret og består af to dejlige rolige soveværelser, et badeværelse og en gang m tekøkken og adgang til haveområde m bålplads.
