The perfect summerhouse for the family to have a good time. Cosy, functional with large terrace and only 90 sec walk from the beach. The house can accomodate up to 6 people. The cottage has a lovely ambience with classic wood feel combined with lots of light from the many windows. The lawn surrounding the house provides plenty of space for play, picnic and fun. Bring your sleeping bag and spend a night in the shelter or lay on the big deck and gaze at the stars which are very visible here.

Our red pearl is located directly on Avnø Fjord in South Zealand. The fjord is ideal for swimming, fishing and SUP. The fjord is very child-friendly and without current. The house has a living area of 62 sqm and is well maintained and newly renovated. It has 2 bedrooms (one single and one double). In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room that can be folded out. The property is 1200 sqm and offers the possibility to play ball, to make yourself comfortable in the hammock, etc..

I vores lille hus er alt, hvad du dybest set trænger til. En fantastisk stjernehimmel, et kæmpe tænketræ og gåafstand til en lækker sandstrand. Her er en hyggelig sofa med kig ud over markerne, brætspil og hurtigt internet. Et veludstyret køkken med ordentligt kaffeudstyr. En stor have med plads til at tumle og en lille terrasse. Slutrengøringen er bestilt og sengetøjet stillet frem. Velkommen til ren afslapning.

Nice and well-equipped cottage with three rooms and a large garden in green and quiet surroundings in Hårbølle. Newer house with great fast internet and everything works. Walking distance to a lovely beach and cozy harbour with café. Scenic area close to water and forest. There has been a large wooden terrace and play/training stands nice wood, since the pictures were taken :)

It has room for peace and relaxation, where you can enjoy the large natural plot overlooking the field and its pheasants, hares and deer that frequently visit the garden. It is 200 meters to the beach and 4 km to Marielyst Torv. The cottage is newly renovated with, among other things, a brand new kitchen.
