Absolutely amazing! Exactly what I needed. After a long year I just wanted to relax with an amazing view and this place fit the bill. Clean, peaceful, awesome 180 degree view of the ocean. What more can you ask for. I will stay here again and again every time I come to St. Martin. Thank you Sash, for your beautiful accommodations!!!!!

The time I spent in St. Maartin was life changing! It made me realize it's more to life. There's so much joy beauty living!!! St. Maartin and the ppl in St. Maartin made me feel at home. So So welcoming! My host was more then helpful to me and I truly appreciate that. I've bn telling my family and friends St. Maartin is the place to be!!!!! I'm thinking Retirement Home 🏡

We enjoyed our stay at Anna's place, the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood the apartment is located on the second floor so we also enjoyed the sunset and the view There is a pool right at the exit of the room, we will definitely stay here again

Saul’s place is fantastic with a pool just outside surrounded by picturesque bougainvillea trees. Located toward the top of Pelican Hill, the apartment has a view of the ocean that is absolutely spectacular…like sleeping in the eagle’s nest of the island. The unit is comfortable and quiet; however, its close proximity (3 minute drive or 10 minute walk) to the hustle and bustle of Simpson Bay gives the feeling of being in the center of all the action. As not many areas of the island are walkable, the entire Pelican neighborhood is a wonderful option for its clearly indicated sidewalks and consistently low traffic patterns compared to the rest of Simpson Bay where there are boutiques and grocery stores galore, an endless array of restaurants featuring almost any cuisine you can imagine, nightclubs, bars, and quite a bit of traffic. The unit, itself, was very clean with a large living space that is rare for the island. Saul is a phenomenal host. We can’t wait to come back soon!

As soon as you walked in, it was completely fabulous! Very relaxing and inviting! We loved the Cloud couch and enjoyed opening the sliding doors to the sound of the waves! The Cliff building is well maintained and the infinity pool is fantastic. Hope to be back to SXM and this condo!

Great stay! Simona was a great host and her place was just amazing as the photos! Every room had an AC Unit. It was clean and comfortable. Surroundings were gorgeous! Can’t wait to go back

Marcia is a very friendly host and attentive to our needs. The place was clean and very beautiful. I liked that the place was close to grocery stores, currency exchange, pharmacy, etc. I would definitely return to this listing during a future stay in sxm.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Nettle Bay. The location was very peaceful and serene, away from all of the nightlife activities. A gas station/market was conveniently located across the street, which was a huge plus for us - we practically stopped in each night before heading back to the villa. Cupecoy and Marigot were also a short drive away. We loved the travel size products and perfume samples that were provided as well. Marie was very communicative and shared some excellent recommendations for activities/food around the island. We will definitely be back.

Adventurous and romantic! Exactly what we are looking for! It felt private despite the convenience of having the host nearby. Melissa was wonderful and very helpful. We sat on the patio and watched boats and cars and birds galore! There are some critters on the cliffs, like iguanas, but they won’t bother you. The breeze and air felt wonderful and I loved listening to the waves at night. I am very happy to chose to rent a Suzuki Jimny, as we observed other vehicles without 4x4 getting stuck on some nearby roads. It was exciting to see our cliff AirBnB from the catamaran tour we took. A lot of excursions go out of Bobby’s Marina, which is conveniently nearby and has secure parking for day trips. Trust the journey, the destination is beyond worth it!

We had a wonderful week at Oliver’s! The house was lovely and well maintained.

Aline and Katie were great to work with leading up to our trip. They looked into finding the best place for us to watch the Super Bowl (Go Birds!) and went on a shopping hunt to look for a thermos for the beach for us. Eli made our trip great!! He met us at the airport, led us to the villa, showed us around and had a welcome snack and beverage awaiting our arrival as well as the shopping list of groceries we asked for. Eli also arranged for us to get a Firestick to watch the Super Bowl in the comfort of our villa to watch the Eagles win! He checked in on us multiple times during our 9 night stay. The pool was the warmest of any we have rented in the Caribbean. The rooms were spacious and clean. Our only critique was that showers needed to be spaced apart for 4 people due to lack of hot water but it was manageable. Great stay!!!

I had an exceptional stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and peaceful. What made the experience even more memorable was our host, Jennifer. She was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout our stay. The location is ideal for those looking to unwind, with beautiful surroundings and convenient access to nearby spots. The home itself was well-equipped with all the essentials and thoughtful touches that truly made it feel like a home away from home. Villa 48 in Orient Bay is at a great location, a minute from the beach (you can hear the ocean), and close to restaurants (walking to a cluster of them in 10 minutes), and a short drive from a center for groceries, pharmacy and even shopping (less than 10 minutes of driving). The villa's manager Frederic is incredible, and provided us with what-to-do advice, translation help, where to find good bread (L'Express bakery), and cooking tips, and was instantly available whenever we had a question. We could not have asked for better service. The island is small, and returning on a Sunday from the house to the airport was a 25 minute drive (at an average speed of say 50 kmh). In general, the traffic around Orient bay was fine, whereas on busy weekdays the area around Simpson bay can be congested. If you can, get a small car, as parking and roads are narrow. We absolutely will come back and returning to NYC and the snow and chill was, how shall we put it, challenging.

A real favorite! This home combines comfort, elegance, and functionality with perfection. Every detail has been thoughtfully thought out, from the choice of materials to the warm decoration that creates a welcoming and soothing atmosphere. The space is bright, impeccably clean and perfectly equipped, offering everything you need for a pleasant stay. Special mention for the host, remarkable kindness and availability. A place that I would recommend without hesitation and where I would be happy to come back.

Very well located, clean and pleasant .

My husband, two year old daughter and I had the best time at Severine’s place. The home is beautiful and Séverine is an extremely responsive and communicative host. The outdoor terrace was used a ton. The pool is okay- we only used it once, we were mostly at the ocean. Who goes all that way to use the pool anyway?! Great quiet little neighborhood and close to orient bay. Amazing boulangerie up the street! The only thing I’ll mention is that to get into the apartment for the first time I had to message Séverine so she could let me in remotely, so I had to keep my phone on. I was hoping to avoid having my phone on data for the entire vacation. Not a big deal but something to note! Overall would highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodations, exactly as shown in the pictures. Indigo Bay is a lovely site, peaceful, serene yet close enough to plenty of action in town. Wonderful host and very helpful with recommended activities and check in was a breeze. Great value for the money. Would definitely return to this air bnb!

This was my second trip to SXM, first time staying at the airbnb & I must say, I’d stay here over an all inclusive resort any day! The privacy and peace atmosphere is top tier! The bed & the rest of the furniture was super comfortable! The water pressure was great & the terrace was the icing on the cake. Being a little further out from the main strip was a plus imo. The beach was a quick 5min walk. I hope to visit SXM & will be sure to stay here again.
