Views of a beautiful valley. This new addition is truly a full apartment. Not a basement - your unit is partly under us, but its main living space is not. Beautiful Studio on lower level of our family home within walking distance to downtown San Rafael. Custom kitchen and bathroom with shower. The outdoor patio area is just for guests and is a great spot to sit in the evenings. Although we recommend a car - we are close to bus and ferry routes to San Francisco. Perfectly situated for hiking, mountain biking or trips to Napa Valley. Strictly no pets because of host’s allergies. There are stairs from street to the entrance.

Downstairs suite in lovely Mill Valley home just steps to the Outdoor Art Club, Sweetwater Music Hall, Sequoia Theater, and all downtown Mill Valley has to offer. Use this as your base as you explore the trails on Mt Tam or hike the Dipsea. An ideal location if you are attending an event in Mill Valley. Park your car and walk everywhere. The private entrance is up stairs from the street, not wheelchair accessible. No smoking, vaping, or drug use allowed on premises.

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.
