We have a large, lower unit, private studio with a separate entrance, washer/dryer, and private outdoor space. It is quiet amongst the Redwoods, with ample on street parking and is very close to San Francisco, Muir Woods, Stinson Beach, downtown Mill Valley, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, Sausalito, Tiburon, bike paths and mountain bike trails.

Nestled on the water of the Sausalito Richardson Bay, our houseboat offers an immersive experience of unrivaled beauty. The breathtaking, panoramic views unfold like a canvas right before you. Upper level of remodeled houseboat with rooftop deck, full kitchen and laundry where every detail is thoughtfully designed including local artists' work. The treehouse retreat is surrounded by a redwood and oak forest, a nearby stream, and sauna. The Musician’s Cottage! Soaring ceilings, gardens!

This spacious cottage was originally a music studio for one of the owners, a musician. Now in its next life as a guesthouse, you can still feel the happy vibe of the space. The cottage has been recently renovated and is fresh, upscale, and very Marin. The light-filled great room has soaring 20' ft. ceilings and walls of windows looking out onto woodlands. In one of the most desirable locations in the Bay Area, on our quiet and safe 2-acre gated family property. Convenient to both SF and Napa.

Nymph Studio & Gardens

This is an autonomous studio with private bathroom, but the only shower is outside. This is a small room with a partitioned off toilet and curtain. The shower is an enclosed surfer's shower with curtain outside behind the studio. The hot water has to travel a distance from our heater, so turn on the hot first & wait till it arrives. Also, you will find a red tub next to the shower, please catch the water in it while you are waiting for the hot water to arrive so we can pour it on the garden.
