Auf der grossen Terrasse mit Blick auf den Pool (5 x 10 m) befindet sich der Außenessbereich. La Casita bietet neben freiem WiFi auch Sat/Smart-TV und eine Musikanlage.

Private heated pool, with it´s own terrace, only for the guest and rarely used by the owners, who live in the upper floor, with other terraces.

Places of interest: Our house is located in a mountain and countryside setting. Two kilometers from Gandía with its cultural offerings and services, and a five-minute drive from its beaches. Valencia, a fifty-minute drive away, is always a recommended visit for our guests. Also attractive is a visit to Dénia and its rocky beaches or Xátiva and its castle, both towns about thirty minutes by car.
