My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

The Window on the Sea

The accommodation is a stone's throw from the sea in the heart of Viareggio promenade. It consists of a double bedroom, kitchenette, living room, bathroom with shower. It is on the second floor of a house with no elevator. The place is equipped with wifi and smart TV. On the fourth floor you will find a large common terrace overlooking the sea, with a relaxation area and tables for outdoor lunches and dinners. The laundry area, shared with other guests, is always on the 4th floor

Through the garden you reach the villa, with a large living room and terrace overlooking the garden towards the sea. In addition to the living room, a sliding door leads to a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining area and access to the furnished terrace. Il Tramaglio - private access to the beach

5 minutes by car from Marciana Marina and Procchio, right next to Il Bagno beach, the Tramaglio is a perfect example of the Elban tradition: home over the centuries of many peasant and fishermen families. With 5 bedrooms, it can accommodate up to 9 people. Large private garden, sea view terrace and private access to the beach.

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
