Nice typical place, comfortable and well decorated. The garden is a real plus in the warm season. Easy and independent check-in with the key in a box. Everything you need is there. Nice little touches. We did not see Giuseppe but the exchanges are very cordial and responsive.

We stayed in Ivan's small apartment in September. It was the perfect time to spend a quiet beach vacation in Villanova. The neighborhood is very accommodating and the beach is really a minute's walk away. The apartment is small and simple. There is no terrace but it is common practice to put the chairs on the street and end the evening there. There are two very good restaurants right on the beach. All in all, we liked it very much and would come back!

I can’t speak highly enough about this villa - it is spotless, well maintained, beautiful and very well equipped. Maria is a wonderful host and you can see how much effort she goes to to maintain such a beautiful properly. Equally she was so accommodating and helpful to me and our family, she made us feel so at home and nothing was too much trouble. We spent a lot more time at the villa than we had intended because it is so delightful and so peaceful. Thank you Maria!
