Washer & Dryer, all cooking needs as well as dishes to include wine glasses and a couple bottles of Christmas Cheer! What a great place to stay while not on a cot at grandmas. Plenty of yard and even a Bocce Ball Court with the balls. Everyone will love the gas fireplace perfect for a cozy cup of eggnog and a throw. WiFi and TV services are excellent.
