One bedroom cottage, in a quiet village North East of Lincoln, and 6 miles from the city center. It shares an enclosed courtyard with our house and has a double bedroom (en-suite), 3/4th double sofa-bed, and full kitchen, dining, and living areas.
“This little cottage is an absolute gem! It’s spotless, cosy and so welcoming, an absolute steal for the price. Olwen was so welcoming and friendly, we had a little visit from Olwen’s two dogs which was an added bonus, they’re so fluffy! Everything was perfect, we had an amazing time. Thank you, we will definitely be back again and will certainly recommend this to our friends and family.”
The room is situated in the roof of my lovely Victorian house. It has an en suite shower, basin and toilet, and has a double bed, with small hanging closet and drawers. There is also a television for guests to watch with small sofa for relaxing in a little snug space (previous guests have called it a reading nook!) in the roof space. The room is light and spacious, with velux windows overlooking the street in Lincoln's west end.
“Can’t praise Alison enough. Her house is beautiful and the room was just great. I’ve often paid more for an inferior room at hotels. I asked Alison was it okay to have my 6 year old son over for a sleepover. She was more than accommodating on that front. She provided the room with an extra bed and bedding for my son. When she met my son she was super friendly and made him feel welcome. I would highly recommend Alison to anyone who plans to stay in Lincoln.”
