Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

We are originally a distillery that is part of a manor with manor house, stables and manor park. Our house is located in the northeastern Speckgürtel of Berlin. Surrounded by several very large lakes (1 to 3 km long) nearby, partly on foot but always accessible by bicycle or car. The estate park begins in front of our door and stretches over several hectares with romantic avenues and large green spaces, ideal for a picnic. The vacation rooms are located directly on the Oder, about 100 m to the shore. Wi-Fi, parking on the premises. 1.2 km to the lake. The Polish border crossing is 150 meters away. The accommodation is located in a beautiful natural garden with 2 sitting areas, barbecue area available. And the Oder-Neisse bike path passes by the house. Smoking and animals are not allowed in the building.
