Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

We rent our nice little cottage 27 m², 2 min walk from Wandlitzsee to the beach 3 min to Surfing club about 5 min, 500 m from Wandlitzsee train station. Bakeries, shops or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop outside the door, Berlin nearby, other lakes in the vicinity Wi-Fi is not available everywhere. The cottage stands in the forest, bordered by a spruce and a fir. The decor is simple. There is a small area for cooking - gas stove, fridge and kitchen utensils are there. A small bathroom with shower is right next to the entrance. In the living area there is a sofa that is used as a sleeping accommodation if necessary. The staircase leads to the sleeping floor.
