The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

We rent a small apartment in our straw bale house in Markkleeberg. The property is quietly located, not far from the Markkleeberger lake. You can expect a 1-bedroom apartment in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Diverse excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

An open-plan apartment awaited you (only a door that borders the bathroom) and a fully equipped kitchen with adjoining balcony, where you can comfortably enjoy your good morning coffee or end your evening. A cozy box spring bed invites you to dream and on the couch in the living room you can also spend a few nights.

The apartment is located within walking distance of Lake Cospuden . There are plenty of shopping facilities nearby, e.g. Marktkauf , Aldi as well as a bakery . Parking is free in front of the house. Garden and terrace can be used. BBQ is not allowed . By public transport, you can reach the city in 10 minutes and quickly without changing trains at the book fair or Leipzig /Halle Airport.
