In the immediate vicinity, a bakery, butcher and pizzeria can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. Lake Karlsfeld is 1.3 km away and is an oasis of tranquility. Doctors and the shopping mall are 500 m away. Edeka, Aldi and Lidl can be reached in about 700 m. Otherwise, you can also enjoy the great location in the garden. Welcome to your cozy apartment in a quiet location with a large balcony. In the upper area, a bedroom for two people awaits you, in the living and dining area you can relax. If necessary, I will provide you with an inflatable bed, so up to four guests can be accommodated. You have a modern bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with an island and parking right outside the door. The S-Bahn train is a 15-minute walk away, the bus stop is almost directly by the house.

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen.

The apartment is just a few steps from the S2 train station, so it is super convenient to explore Munich and the surrounding area without a car. The apartment is bright, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay.
