Arrive and feel at ease: Our bright, quiet studio apartment with its own entrance offers the perfect retreat in a rural setting. Our "granny suite" with a cozy double bed, dining area and equipped small kitchen invites you to relax. A coffee machine, induction hob, toaster and kettle are provided. Private bathroom with shower. Particularly quiet thanks to triple-glazed windows. There are absolutely no animals in the apartment, but we have cats and 4 beehives in our garden.

We rent a bright basement apartment in Hilgertshausen with its own entrance and parking lot. It consists of a large room (approx. 30 sqm) with fully equipped modern kitchen and sleeping area. For relaxation, you can use the large garden. By bus and train (trips from 7 am to 10 pm) you can reach Munich main station in about 60 minutes. The bus runs every hour on weekdays, on weekend and holidays only every two hours to Hilgertshausen.
