You will stay in a listed old building from the 19th century. century, distinguished by the elegant facade of the Neurenaissance as well as the high ceilings with stucco. The 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom will be completely refurbished in 2024 and equipped to a high specification.

Vacation home GAU.GLÜCK:)

The apartment GAU.GLÜCK:) on the outskirts of Gaukönigshofen, located directly on the Mühlbach pond, is located almost in the center of the EU, 20 km south of Würzburg, in the middle of the Ochsenfurt Gau. The apartment, newly renovated with a lot of heart and soul in 2021, is located on the upper floor and can accommodate 5 people. If necessary, we will provide a children's travel bed. A high chair is also available. Reading material for all ages and board games for the whole family ensure good entertainment.

You will spend your vacation in beautiful Mainfranken at the southernmost tip of the Main Triangle. Our duplex apartment with its own entrance and parking space is located between vineyards and the Main. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion opportunities. Dream hiking trails and Main Valley bike trails start right outside the door. You can experience medieval flair in the historic village center and the surrounding communities. Numerous swimming coves invite you to swim and go on SUP tours in summer

Welcome to Apartment am Südhang! Our cozy apartment is perfect for families or small groups (1–6 guests). It offers three bedrooms, each with two single beds, blackout blinds, and a TV. The small kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom features an almost walk-in shower. A dining table invites you to relax, and free Wi-Fi is available. Explore the charming town of Ochsenfurt by the Main River with its medieval flair. Note: the apartment is accessed via stairs. We look forward to hosting you!

Living in romantic Marktbreit (apartment FIVE)

In addition to our other vacation property in the former inn "Zur Höll," we have set up a completely newly renovated apartment in our commercial building in the center of Marktbreit in 2017. The apartment (75 square meters) is on the 2nd floor and can be reached via the entrance between Schlossgasse 6 and 8. The apartment has three bedrooms (one of which is a passageway), a bathroom, a storage room, a kitchen with a large table and a large balcony (10 square meters).

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Welcome to Weinkeller 84, a wine cellar in Randersacker that has been converted into a holiday apartment. Here, old stone walls and restored furniture meet modern furnishings, which gives the apartment a great charm and coziness. The accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Despite the basement, every room has daylight. The living-dining room has a big seating window that invites you to linger. A small garden with a terrace is available to guests.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for up to 4 people. As a starting point for day trips, bike rides, hikes or motorcycle tours, the apartment is ideally located. The historic town center can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Marktbreit also has a diverse gastronomy. Of course, Franconian cuisine is excellently represented and invites you to linger. House "Nr.16" ground floor - fantastic view of Ochsenfurt

Preserving the charm of the 60s and reinterpreting it from today's perspective was our wish when we extensively renovated our house "No. 16" together with our architects in 2017/18. The result is two sunny apartments on the southern slope of Ochsenfurt with a fantastic view of the Main Valley and the medieval old town. We are delighted that our apartments have been included in the 2019 architectural tours.
