Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Marmande

Cécile est une personne très sympathique et bienveillante. Un problème. La maison est superbe et l extérieur avec la piscine est magnifique. Nous y avons un très bon week-end. La paella était excellente merci beaucoup.

Lovely, well equipped gite, situated in a very quiet rural location (car essential). Host was a pleasure to deal with and responded promptly to our correspondence. Would recommend highly.

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement quelques jours, c'est un véritable havre de paix ! Nous avons pu découvrir la Dordogne grâce aux recommandations de nos hôtes. Nous reviendrons !!

Logement très agréable. Un grand jardin. La suite parentale est appréciable. Pour les couples avec enfants, les chambres bien séparées sont pratiques. On se sent comme chez soi.

Très bon séjour dans la maison du Bonheur qui porte bien son nom. Bien que rénovée, elle a su conserver tout un pan de son histoire avec des éléments d'époque et une atmosphère particulière. Merci Myriam pour votre accueil et votre philosophie de vie ;-)

Wij hebben met vier personen een heel fijn verblijf van 12 dagen gehad. In het huis blijft het binnen koel, ook als het buiten erg heet is. Het huis is gezellig Frans ingericht en veel groter dan de foto's doen vermoeden. De tuin met zwembad is de hemel op aarde. Je hebt er privacy en veel schaduw door de bomen. De enige minpunten: de stoelen en de bank in de zithoek. Deze zijn erg oud en daardoor niet te gebruiken voor mensen met rugproblemen. Het grootste pluspunt: de foto's in de advertentie geven het huis niet goed weer. In werkelijkheid is het huis én de tuin groter en mooier. Voor ons was dat een aangename verrassing. Wij raden de woning van Jocelyne zeker aan!

un logement comme on les aime! calme, chaleureux, spacieux....on a pas envie de partir... la cheminée est un vrai plus et le terrain clôturé pour nos toutous, c'est top! Catherine est très gentille et réactive! on y reviendra avec plaisir !!!

Très bel appartement, situé juste à côté d un très beau parc. Il est également très facile d accéder au centre ville.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Jérôme. L'appartement est encore mieux que sur les photos. Il est plein d'objets et mobilier chiné vraisemblablement au cours de précédents voyages de l'hôte, tout ceci créant un réel charme dans ce vaste appartement. Il est parfait pour 4 personnes, deux grandes chambres (dont une avec un lit gigantesque). Le quartier : Chartrons hyper centre mais calme aussi. À 3 minutes à pied des restos. Bref coup de coeur, on y retournera !

Il soggiorno nell'appartamento di Cedric é stato piacevole. L'appartamento é ben localizzato, facile spostarsi a piedi e raggiungere il centro. La zona é tranquilla. L'appartamento é pulito, ben equipaggiato e corrisponde alle foto mostrate. Due piccole precisazioni: il soffitto é basso, si tratta di un sottotetto, attenzione se siete molto alti. Il bagno si trova all'interno della camera da letto, non separato da nessuna porta, non c'é molta privacy. Se viaggiate in più di due persone, tenete in considerazione che chi dorme sul divano letto, ogni volta che usa i servizi deve entrare nella camera. Overall direi che é stato un buon soggiorno

A well-renovated apartment in a classic Bordeaux building. A great size for our stay (two people, four nights). The kitchen was well-equipped (including a dishwasher, which is rare in French Airbnbs) and we were easily able to prepare meals. The location was fantastic: plenty of food shops and cafés within a few hundred metres. Short walks to two excellent food markets. Right in the historic centre of Bordeaux, with all the sights and activities within a few minutes' walk. A private off-street parking spot, which is essential in the city centre. Bordeaux is a very fine city with plenty of things to see and do. Bertrand was very communicative and kind, allowing us to stay a little past checkout because I was ill and not feeling well enough to drive without a bit more rest.

Ariele’s place is wonderful — spacious, light and very well-located. The apartment is close to the river, to public transportation and to all sorts of restaurants and cafes. A short walk to some of the most vibrant and interesting neighborhoods in Bordeaux. Ariele herself was a wonderful host. She’s very responsive and offers all sorts of ideas for things to do and places to eat and drink. She went out of her way to help us receive a package from home, offering to have it sent to her personal address, where it would be easier to sign for and safeguard. We cannot recommend this place more highly and will stay there again the next time we visit this beautiful city.

Location pour un week-end -Un bon séjour de passé - Accueilli par les parents d'Émilie à l'heure de notre choix (comme pour le départ) très positif 👍 État des lieux à l'arrivée très expéditif ce qui peut être gênant pour les petits détails déjà dégradés (ce qui ne change rien au lieu) 😊 Un bel espace extérieur avec la visite des vaches voisines 😁 Un bon espace Barbecue (charbon et accessoires non inclus) Un espace Jacuzzi très agréable sans vue des voisins ❤️ Les activités (billard, baby-foot...) sont très appréciées 🙂 Le coût du ménage reste élevé et dommage qu'il ne soit pas opérationnel mais en vue du prix initial cela reste plutôt un bon rapport qualité/prix. 👍 Je recommande ce logement 👍

Our family of five and another family of four spent almost a week at Elaine’s lovely home and didn’t get under each other’s feet the entire trip! Despite the rain which kept us inside a large chunk of our stay, there is more than enough room to spread out and have a bit of privacy when you need it. The home is well-equipped with all manner of kitchen tools and games - everyone especially enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and the vintage arcade. Lots of blankets and pillows for coziness too. Had the weather permitted, we would have loved to spend more time in the amazing outdoor space. It is expansive and was great for the kids to burn off some steam. Elaine was very helpful and responsive. To note, one of the three bathrooms is not updated like the other two but it’s a very manageable work around for the property as a whole. Overall I would definitely recommend Elaine’s lovely home for your stay in Bordeaux.

The photos sell this place short - the house is spacious and lovely, and the surroundings are incredible. Very private and secluded and peaceful. Philippe was super responsive and easy to deal with and Kiwi was a delight!

Nous avons vécu une parenthèse enchantée avec nos amis. Logement incroyable, encore plus beau qu'en photos. Très bien équipé. Jardin magnifique entouré de vignes. Literie très confortable. Le petit bémol, (s'il faut en trouver un) est qu'il donne directement sur une route passante où certains roulent vraiment très vite, en revanche une fois à l'intérieur de la maison, le double vitrage insonorise parfaitement.

Un vrai havre de paix ! Le grand jardin, la piscine et le spa offrent un cadre idéal pour se détendre. Le logement est confortable, très propre et conforme à l’annonce. L’hôte est attentionné et disponible. Un séjour ressourçant que je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans la très jolie propriété de Stéphanie et Cyril. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Lisa, un beau panier d'accueil nous a été offert (miel, confiture maison..) et nous avons de la chance de rencontrer Stéphanie et Cyril le jour de notre départ, qui sont de belles personnes. Et n'oublions pas Brioche, qui est très câline. La maison est adaptée pour accueillir une famille avec des enfants. Nous étions 4 adultes, et 3 enfants dont un bébé de 3 mois. Chacun avait son espace nuit, avec salle de bains, très belle pièce de vie, décorée avec goût, belle espace dehors pour prendre les repas, cuisine bien équipée. L'espace piscine invite à se relaxer avec le joli bar. La région est magnifique. Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour que nous passions de belles vacances en famille. Nous recommandons à 200 % cette location.

A lovely place in a very peaceful location very close to all Les Eyzies, Sarlat, and the major Dordogne sites. Lots of space, big kitchen and living room. Huge garden with lovely pool area and terrace - luckily despite being early April we were blessed with great weather to use the pool. All in all, highly recommended!
