We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. Built in 2018, the house is of high standard. On the first floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms, all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside, there is a large terrace with lots of living space, different seating groups, jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!

Welcome to our simple basement apartment, beautifully located next to the river Dåselva. The apartment has a separate entrance to our house, has all the basic facilities and is only a 5 min from Evje! Perfect if you are traveling alone, as a couple or small family. We have a big garden that you are free to use and it goes all the way down to the river, which provides nice bathing opportunities. 10 min to walk to the nearest grocery store and many nice walking areas right next to the apartment!

The room is suitable for those who need accommodation when you are on a course, continuing education, coming from the Danish boat or want to visit Kristiansand. This room is completely private. You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed of 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. In addition, there is a refrigerator, microwave and kettle for light cooking . Bed linen and towels are provided . There is free parking

Koie/small cabin in Lyngdal

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. A unique small one-bedroom cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook food. Chef top connected to gas. Access to water in water cans. The outdoor space is approximately 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to use wood during your stay. Tenants will get directions to the cabin. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the cottage.
