Several Golf courses are nearby. The landscaped pool is available to guests and there are areas of garden to explore.

Suite 60 is a self contained, detached, upstairs apartment located next to the new Maroochydore CBD. It is centrally located with an easy walk or ride to Alexandra Headland or Maroochydore surf clubs as well as Sunshine Plaza shopping centre. Escape the hustle at The Boat Shed, centrally located in the heart of Coolum Beach. Leave your car parked and take an easy stroll or a short ride to the beach, local cafés and shops. The cottage is a completely separate, stand-alone original beach shack. This 70s original shack has been converted into a tiny home with new and recycled materials to ensure you feel all the beach vibes and have a comfy stay.

Please note- my place is not suitable for young children, we live on an acreage with no fence, we have big dam and wildlife.
