Fully-furnished 1-bedroom apartment. ONE parking space is available in the garage and plentiful street parking (the garage cannot accommodate large/oversize vehicles). IMPORTANT NOTE: There is no street parking between Nov. 1 and April 1. This is a well-kept older home with not too many quirks. The apartment is on the top level of the house. In the event you may have allergies or other concerns, be aware that the owner lives on the first level of the home with a dog.

It is approximately 3 miles from the snowmobile trail and can be accessed using Green Garden Road. A very easy ride to the trail.
