Proche du centre ville vous pourrez passer vos vacances au calme les pieds dans l'eau, avec un accès privé à la mer. Durant la haute saison, nous louons notre appartement à la semaine du dimanche au dimanche. Malheureusement, nous ne sommes pas en mesure de proposer des exceptions. The beaches and calanques of Marseille are 5 minutes away on foot. The Pastré park, with many play areas for adults and children, leads you to the paths of the hills of Marseilleveyre for a walk. Shops, bus, maritime shuttle, restaurants and all amenities are within walking distance. Parking in front of the apartment always available.

Istres: quiet house with view

On the edge of the Étang de l'Olivier (220 ha) in a large landscaped garden with swimming pool, the apartment is rated 3 stars in the Furnished Tourism category. Quietly located on the 1st floor of our house, while being close to the old center of Istres, it has a unique view of the Étang de l'Olivier. The 50 m2 accommodation and its terrace have an entrance on the ground floor; it is almost independent of our own accommodation. Ideal for 2–3 people, it can accommodate up to 5.

In a property within a 30 m² subdivision, it is completely independent of the main house, with independent access. Bright and well-equipped, reversible air conditioning, it has a living room with sofa bed, TV and a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Linens (sheets and towels) are provided. The accommodation is a private outbuilding of the main house. No pets allowed. Guests are not allowed to smoke in the accommodation (possible outside).
