I had a great stay. The place is very centrally located, spacious, clean and comfortable. Two parks within a few blacks and a handful of restaurants within walking distance. Claudia was one of the most responsive, helpful and caring hosts that I have worked with!

The house is very safe, clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the main street where public transport passes. That detail should be taken into account if a car is not rented. Very friendly host and always available.

We are very happy to have stayed at Leonel's property. The location is perfect, close to a shopping area where there is a supermarket, which made it accessible for us and close to our relatives. The house is spacious, cozy, very peaceful, and very functional for my family's needs. Leonel took very good care of us and our needs, and without any mishap. Amazing place, much better than in the pictures! Great pool. Super clean. The host wanted a cleaner to come over every day in our private space and insisted quite a bit on this, he was also unclear about the check in times (Airbnb says 2Pm but it’s really 3PM), communication was confusing and slow. I would definitely recommend this place and especially for the rate it is exceptional value!

A quick and easy stay for me!

It's a nice, comfortable, clean, and cozy place. Very well lit and ventilated. I found the area very quiet, pleasant and safe. The hosts are very respectful and not invasive. Sharon in particular was always available to solve all my questions, he supported me with suggestions whenever I needed it and helped me to facilitate my stay as far as possible. I hope to be back very soon and would definitely book with her again. She is a very warm and kind woman. 100% recommended!!!

this was a great place, aida is a Great Host, the place is close to a great mall and there are a lot of stores nearby, it is close to a main street where you can get cabs easily

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

Yessica was very kind in answering my questions. The place is very central, the road is under construction but she mentions it in the description and the section is really short. Very clean and really friendly.

Quiet, accessible place

The place was wonderful. It was well furnished and very clean. The people were very courteous and Rodolfo was a wonderful host, responded quickly and I felt like he was always within my reach although I didn't even meet him. I will definitely stay there again. My only complaint if any is that it is kind of away from the City and I didn't find many places to eat or go for entertainment. Other than that I absolutely loved the place.

It is a very spacious, bright, clean, and organized place. The sector is very quiet, with restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. I felt very comfortable at all times, they were aware of me, they gave me recommendations and help, very useful. My experience was excellent, extremely recommended that they host here.

This place is awesome! Stayed there twice and always had a great experience and just walk down the street and have all kinds of kinds of restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.

It is not a paved street where the house is located, you need a vehicle with good tires and traction, in front there is a soccer field, there is not much to ask for based on price quality, it resolves at least! Attention and communication was always constant and without delays, plus.

To welcome you there is an exceptional person who listens to every need and does everything to make the entire period of stay in the facility fantastic, available for any help. A fantastic house
