We enjoyed our stay and felt right at home. There are very good local restaurants close by, plus a bakery, as well as 2 parks. The area is safe and walkable. We had no issues with the house or the neighborhood. The house is about a 10-15 minute walk to Huembes market, and there is a grocery about the same distance. Everything we needed was close by and walkable. We would definitely stay here again. The host was always responsive to our questions, and was very welcoming.

My stay at Eduardo’s Airbnb was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, the beds were super comfortable, and the AC kept everything at the perfect temperature, which was a huge plus with the heat. The location was great, and the host was incredibly responsive and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!

Our stay at Mario’s Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! He went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and comfortable. From the delicious Nicaraguan breakfast to relaxing by the beautiful pool, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The house itself was stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, all in a fantastic location. Mario was an incredibly attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed. We stayed with 7 adults and 3 children, and it was the perfect space for our group. Highly recommend! This place is a gem!

We are very happy to have stayed at Leonel's property. The location is perfect near a shopping area where there is a supermarket which made it accessible to us and close to our family members. The house is spacious, cozy, feels a lot of peace, very functional for my family's needs. Leonel took very good care of our needs and without any mishap. This space blew us away. It is very spacious and comfortable. While we had a vehicle we didn’t need to drive due to the great location. The home is very well maintained and was extremely clean. The photos don’t do it justice. I highly recommend this Airbnb.

A quick and easy stay for me!

The apartment is a true gem located in a safe, secure, and ideal area. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures. I did experience an issue with the hot water due to a thunderstorm that damaged the system, but it was eventually fixed. The other residents are very quiet and keep to themselves, which is perfect if you're traveling with little ones and need an early bedtime routine. Additionally, there is a visible security guard on duty at the gate 24/7. The apartment is conveniently located just 5-10 minutes from Carretera Masaya and a high-end mall called Galerías Santo Domingo. There is an abundance of food options nearby, ranging from delicious street food to upscale restaurants, all within a short drive. Finding the apartment was effortless, and the check-in process was smooth, handled directly with the security guard. Overall, I have no regrets about staying at Grethell's place. Nicaragua is a beautiful country filled with warm and loving people.

Milena was a great host, her place is very nice and is located in a great area near bus stops, places to eat and stores. I would definitely stay at her place if I ever go to Nicaragua again.

I booked quite late but both the host and staff were extremely friendly and proactive. They accommodated several of my needs despite being late and with incredible efficiency. The apartment is small as the description says but extremely nice, super well equipped and comfortable, rested super well. One stay 10/10.

It is the second time that we stayed, in one of the apartments of Yessica, the place is super quiet and pleasant, Carolina the apartment owner is very attentive, friendly, and she is always attentive to the needs of the guests, even though she book half an hour before the arrival time when the place arrived was already ready and clamored to receive us, in general our excellent stay, the only detail is that the shower presents a problem only works the hot water and the cold water does not work warm water which we communicated to Carolina and she commented that they would fix it as soon as possible, however this inconvenience was not relevant since in general the apartment is super comfortable and very well equipped, clean, and above all comfortable, we really feel at home. If we would definitely stay again. 😊

The place was wonderful. It was well furnished and very clean. The people were very courteous and Rodolfo was a wonderful host, responded quickly and I felt like he was always within my reach although I didn't even meet him. I will definitely stay there again. My only complaint if any is that it is kind of away from the City and I didn't find many places to eat or go for entertainment. Other than that I absolutely loved the place.

It is a very spacious, bright, clean, and organized place. The sector is very quiet, with restaurants, shops, pharmacies and supermarkets nearby. I felt very comfortable at all times, they were aware of me, they gave me recommendations and help, very useful. My experience was excellent, extremely recommended that they host here.

We had a wonderful stay with Kodu! This is my third stay here in Nicaragua and they having been excellent. The team was professional, efficient, very responsive and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend them. The location is perfect, with a variety of activities and options very close to the apartments . We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We recommend (Kodu) and their property highly enough, their service is excellent.

It is not a paved street where the house is located, you need a vehicle with good tires and traction, in front there is a soccer field, there is not much to ask for based on price quality, it resolves at least! Attention and communication was always constant and without delays, plus.

The place was well placed in the neighborhood, on a quiet street, 1 min from the central park. It's very easy to walk to where you want to go. The apartment was good, the air conditioning in the room excellent! Alvaro was very kind and even recommended a park a 10 min walk to watch the sun set behind Masaya volcano, an amazing view!
