Both hosts are very friendly! We attended excellent, good instructions and the house impeccable! We loved the garden space and the quiet, no noise or issues. The house is super complete in every way. A 10!

nice quiet place. it was a bit hard to find but I think it has more to do with Google map in nicaragua. it is 8 minutes from the center of the city but I needed a quiet night so it was perfect.

Nice house in a gated community. I recommend to bring food to cook if you don't have a car. A few small shops within walking distance. Would definately stay again. Good internet.

Jason's place is beautiful, peaceful, and easily accessible. His staff, Arelis and Alejandro were gracious, helpful, attentive, and welcoming. Arelis always went above and beyond to ensure my family felt comfortable and taken care of. The internet was fast. The kitchen and home was clean and had several amenities and supplies. The property is picturesque and the house grand. I already miss it! If we experienced issues or concerns his staff and Jain were quick to address and resolve it.

Marc was a wonderful host. Any issues that came up he resolved quickly. A great private place to relax. Don't spend your whole trip in a busy noisy city! There are small shops in the neighborhood with basic things and there is a town a $1 tuktuk ride away with many good options to eat out. Mombacho volcano is only 10 minutes away, which makes a great day trip.

This was one of my favorite family vacations. It felt like we were walking into our own home. We had everything we needed and more. Sonia was AMAZING! She was very responsive and answered all my questions.

Honestly this house exceeded our expectations. It's private, the place is beautiful and everything was impeccable! The instructions were clear to get there, and the privacy of the place makes you feel comfortable and confident to be there with no worries! The first day we arrived we had an electrical problem, barely contact the owner, I had a response right away! They got to fix the problem quickly and I'm sure if I needed something again, they would be willing to fix it at the time. My family and I have an excellent experience of this place and if we visit the city again, we will definitely come back here! Thanks again to Milagros for the excellent attention!

Amazing place, much better than in the pictures! Great pool. Super clean. The host wanted a cleaner to come over every day in our private space and insisted quite a bit on this, he was also unclear about the check in times (Airbnb says 2Pm but it’s really 3PM), communication was confusing and slow. I would definitely recommend this place and especially for the rate it is exceptional value!

I enjoyed my stay at Emma's Guest Cottage. It is a great place to get away if you want a quiet and secluded space just outside Granada. The kitchen was extremely well equipped, the bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, and the wifi and television reception were great. Yajaira worked extremely hard all day to keep the place clean and Richard maintained the garden in beautiful shape. There was always a pleasant breeze coming off the lake and I enjoyed the swimming pool. If these are the things you are looking for in a vacation rental, you will enjoy your stay here.
