Our stay at Mario’s Airbnb was nothing short of exceptional! He went above and beyond to ensure everything was seamless and comfortable. From the delicious Nicaraguan breakfast to relaxing by the beautiful pool, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. The house itself was stunning—clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, all in a fantastic location. Mario was an incredibly attentive host, making sure we had everything we needed. We stayed with 7 adults and 3 children, and it was the perfect space for our group. Highly recommend! This place is a gem!

Truly an amazing place! My family and I visited from Dec 8-17 2024. The place is beautiful, clean and overall a great opportunity to immerse yourself in nature. The congo monkeys come every morning to the trees beside the house and make their growling sounds every once in a while. The views in the morning between 5-630a are nothing short of amazing! Negatives 1. Parking - is not for the faint of heart. The house is located on a steep hill and to perform a 3-point turn on the hill to turn the car around can be quite complex, even for great drivers due to the very narrow road. I would strongly suggest not to go during rainy season as that road can be extremely slippery and God knows if your car will be able to stop before heading into the ditch. 2. Hot water - only present for the first 2 days. We followed the instructions in the guests handbook and the water still would come out cold. Still beareable, but for the average folk - cold! 3. Bullet ants everywhere - got stung!!!!!!

We loved our stay here. The accommodation is spacious with a private outdoor area and covered terrace to enjoy the fabulous lake views. The kitchen has all you need ( didn’t use the outside bbq) and there are restaurants a short walk away -recommend the Marimba bar. It’s great to hear and watch the birds and howler monkeys from the accommodation,including a humming bird. It’s a short walk down some steps to the lake where we enjoyed swimming in the clear, warm water as well as kayaking ( free use of Kayaks). The steam room and plunge pool are a bonus. The host was responsive and checked everything was ok and the security guards ( and dogs) are friendly fly and helpful. We’d highly recommend this place

We had a fantastic stay at Oscar’s beautiful home with our family! The house is spacious, comfortable, and located in a prestigious gated community, offering both security and convenience. With its 3 bedrooms and multiple comfortable beds, it was perfect for our group. We especially enjoyed the pool, clubhouse area, and the cozy living space, which made us feel right at home. The high-speed Wi-Fi and A/C were excellent amenities, and having easy access to shopping, dining, and tourist attractions was a huge plus. Oscar was a wonderful host—attentive, responsive, and always ensuring we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay or for business travel.
