The cozy house with a wood-burning fireplace, Finnish sauna and a bedroom with a hot tub is perfect for a romantic time for two, but with 100 square meters also offers enough space for families with children or a meeting with friends. The house is located on the outskirts of Bad Tabarz in a quiet location, close to the forest. The house has a garden with terrace and small pool (diameter 5 m, 1.20 m deep). The pool is not heated, so it is the perfect way to cool off after the sauna or sunbathing.

Our guesthouse is idyllically located at the gates of the Frankenwald surrounded by beautiful hiking areas such as the Steinachtal. Both Kulmbach and Kronach can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, and a bus stop is right at your doorstep. Free parking is available. The house is modernly furnished and the garden offers plenty of space for free development. Perfect for winter sports in and around Oberhof in the winter months, and great for hiking, cycling and sightseeing in and around the Thuringian Forest and much more in the rest of the year. The sauna and hot tub need preparation. If you want to use it, please let us know after booking. Furthermore, we have a pool that you can use in the summer by arrangement.

Our small summer house is located about 4 km from the city center of Erfurt. It is very quiet and idyllic and has a beautiful view of the city. The garden has a lot of meadow, trees, is about 650 square meters and is fully fenced. The bedroom is small, has a box spring bed (1.40 × 2.00 m) and TV. Our living room is equipped with TV,sofa bed, a small tiled stove and dining table. In the terrace there is a seating area and a day bed .
