We fell in love w/Sargent in 2020 & bought Salt Creek Retreat in 2022. After almost a year of renovations we are ready to share our family retreat. Waterfront home with private fishing pier on Turtle Bay! This relaxing two bedroom home has all you need to relax and unwind and get a little fishing in too. Two bedrooms, one bath with a living, dining, laundry and fully equipped kitchen. Sit on the upstairs deck and watch the birds and dolphins or sit downstairs under the deck and watch the sunset. The property also has a pavilion with a table and seating, a long pier with benches and a fish cleaning station and plenty of space to spread out.
