Monthly Rentals in Matakana

This studio is so handy to Matakana village and it's beautifully presented. Elva was a real pleasure to deal with and made everything really easy. Will definitely stay again when next in the area.

Great location, central to shops & restaurants. Only downside was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom. Unfortunately the aircon downstairs doesn’t cool both levels. Would stay again but perhaps in the winter.

This was my second stay and I loved it every bit as much as my first. Staying at The Little Guest House makes you feel like you're in the countryside with beautiful views of the garden, even though it's only a short walk into Matakana village. Being off the road, it's super quiet. Everything is comfortable and well stocked. Thanks again, Vanessa! I hope to be back again another time.

Loved our stay at your little house. It was really clean and cosy and had everything we needed. Easy walking distance to everything in town to enjoy all the amazing food. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you
