Vacation rentals in Matilda

We will come back again! Jeremy and Stephanie are amazing host. The kitchen is well stocked. The cookout room was amazing, the pier on the river was excellent. In the morning. Sunrises were beautiful.

Loved this place and so happy we found this. The pool and outside shower were amazing. Most of all Linni and Trent were very helpful with giving us suggestions on where to go tour. They made sure we were comfortable and made sure we had plenty for breakfast and snacks.

We only stay here when we are in town. Feels like home. Peaceful, beautiful always clean. Host is always super responsive. Never had any issues here. The house is perfect and serene.

Wow, what an awesome hidden gem 💎!! We had the best time and everything was precisely as described!! Patti is an excellent host and goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable!! Our daughter and her friends had a wonderful time kayaking down Petite Anse and sunbathing on the deck overlooking the bayou!! I had the best time fishing and soaking up all the scenery of the wildlife and landscape…. My husband said “he was in the clouds” whilst he slept in the very comfy bed downstairs!! Pristinely clean and very well stocked with all amenities!! All the sweet lil extras was a welcome treat!! TY Will definitely be back!! 💯 🙏🙌💖🎣🥂

The place was just what I needed. Easy getting in and out. Nice quiet neighborhood near downtown. Hosts were prompt and there if I needed.

A beautiful home! We were a group of 6 and the accomodation was perfect for us. Each bedroom had a full en suite, and a half bath and additional full bath in the home, which was ideal for our group when getting ready each day. Everything in the home was pristine, and we loved having multiple sitting areas to spend time together while we were at the house.

This place is extraordinary, and Jeff was the consummate host. He was super-responsive, gave lots of helpful suggestions for things to do and went out of his way to make us feel fully at home with both total privacy and total availability. The home itself is wildly wonderful, exactly like the photos except more expansive inside and outside, with a lot of land. The landscape is gorgeous, and the bayou could not be prettier. I recommend this place for anyone!

This place was amazing!! So peaceful siting outside on the deck and so many different areas to relax while at the house. There are so many amenities included to keep you busy. We enjoyed fishing off the deck while an alligator watched nearby! The neighborhood and surrounding area had so much to do. We ate so much good food and the people were all so friendly. We loved our stay here and would love to come back again, highly recommend!

We loved the peacefulness and the tranquillity of the place. It was the perfect place to come home to after a hectic day. My sister being from up north was thrilled to see the local wild life. We will definitely be back!!
