Take the time to yourself and make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. Our house is located at 1,300 m near the forest. In winter, the ski slope passes in front of the house, and the ski lift goes up behind the house. In summer, we are a little hidden and can be reached via a short gravel road. The parking lot is right in front of the house.

The Chalet Heidi und Peter is situated in a peaceful area of San Leonardo in Passiria/Sankt Leonhard in Passeier, surrounded by mountains. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a washing machine as well as a TV. In addition, a private sauna is available for your use.

We rent out our log cabin in a very quiet location with a wonderful view and an extremely cozy atmosphere. It has been lovingly renovated. Also: large terrace and a large garden that you can use. Private parking. Of course, we are happy to provide information to our guests and are usually available in person.

The large property in front of the farm up to the river belongs to our farm. There is also fruit at the property that you can pick at the time of harvest. During the winter, toboggan runs and the Bergeralm ski area are easy and quick to get to.
