This small 1-room apartment with kitchen and bathroom, all handicapped-friendly and wheelchair accessible, is located in the Holledau. Animals and children run around on our farm. Otherwise, it is quite quiet due to the secluded location. The apartment has its own entrance and a small terrace with lots of greenery for walking. Pets are also welcome for an extra charge (€15.00). During the day you can leave the dogs in the guesthouse next door (register beforehand)

Outside there is a terrace with a small garden and fence suitable for dogs. The entire property is located on a property with a small farm.

The apartment has its own entrance, The staircase leads to the anteroom with a wardrobe. In the first room, there is a sofa with a table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next to it is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.

You will stay with me in the house on the ground floor. The apartment on the 2nd floor is also listed and may be occupied at the same time. Stairwell available. The apartments are completely self-contained and locked. I also live on site in another part of the building.
