Sunsets can be amazing and you can see it all while relaxing in the outdoor bath. The home is very conveniently positioned to many activities and places of interest eg. Waikato River Trails, Hobbiton, Blue Spring, Arapuni Suspension bridge , Sanctuary Mountain, Karapiro Domain, Takapoto Estate, Riverside Adventures and Red Barn wedding venue

Wabi Sabi Cottage

This peaceful location is a 2 min to Waikato River trails. We are on the reserve so you get a beautiful view of the domain to Maungatautari Mountain. Relax in the bath tub after a day on the trails or visiting the many nearby attractions. The Rhubarb Cafe is a few minutes walk. Arapuni Suspension Bridge is in front of the property, you can hear the river from the deck. Jones Landing, Lake Karapiro, Lake Arapuni, Maungatautari Mountain, and Blue Springs are all a short drive.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Spend a night in a real 'Hole in the Ground' in the middle of the Waikato. Situated between my grapes and the Feijoa orchard. Comes with a nice breakfast with homemade bread and bacon and eggs (own chickens) and homemade jams. Only suited for one or 2 persons (pets only at prior approval, service animals are ok).

The space has its own private entrance and all the areas available are for your use only while you are staying. There is an electric frypan, toasted sandwich maker, microwave, toaster and jug, also provided is cereal, milk, bread, spreads, tea, coffee & juice.
