Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Restored with exposed stones and beams, this pretty house consists of three levels, a kitchen on the ground floor, a floor with office, bedroom with two single beds, sleeping area with a double bed (isolated from other guests by a separation), bathroom and a modern basement with a bathroom with a walk-in shower as well as a laundry room. Come and discover the Prince's nest! Ideally located in the heart of Aurillac (in the pedestrian area), you will have an independent floor which contains a large bathroom, a bedroom with very good quality bedding and a desk area with Wi-Fi (no kitchen or kitchenette). Our farm is located in a small isolated village ideally located on the hiking trails (From village to dam, Chamina..) as well as close (10 km) to Bort-les-Orgues, its aqua-recreational center and its beach 5 km. We are also at the crossroads between three departments, Corrèze, Cantal and Puy de Dôme, so you will have the choice for your tourist and sports excursions (canoeing, skiing, cycling)
