Tea making facilities. Mayfield has 2 pubs and plenty of country walks. A car is needed.

Historic castles, vineyards of Sussex, Royal Tunbridge Wells Spa town is a short drive or even a walk away. The house is in a rural setting with great walks and some excellent pubs along the way.
