Newly renovated, this former country house with all the comforts of 60 m² welcomes you for your getaways, vacations in the countryside, retreat and teleworking in the countryside or work in the region. Le Cocon offers two comfortable bedrooms, a living room-kitchen open to a green terrace and overlooking the Parc des Fontaines, consisting of a rose garden, a plant maze, a pond and forests.

Country apartment in the Baugeois style. Access to the apartments is on the floor completely separate from the house, access is via an external staircase. The accommodation includes a bedroom, a living room, a fridge, a microwave and a bathroom. Note that there is NO hot plate. Enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, our chickens roaming the garden and the charm. The accommodation is ideal for professional travel, tourism and visit to the Zoo de la Flèche (15 min).

Cozy refurbished 24 m² studio. It has a 140 x 190 bed and a small EXTRA sofa bed (1 child or 1 teenager). The studio is equipped with reversible air conditioning for optimal comfort summer and winter. Solid parquet flooring, metal canopy and tuffeau wall complete the whole with charm. Located in the heart of a shopping district 10 MINUTES' DRIVE from the train station and the city center of Angers with a bus stop at the foot of the building and free parking nearby.

Come and rest in the countryside in our trailer, halfway between Angers and Saumur, close to the banks of the Loire Located on a plot of more than one hectare, your neighbors will be goats, sheep and chickens. Whether as a couple or with family (2 adults, 2 children) you can enjoy the heated indoor pool from May to mid-October, as well as the jacuzzi (optional). We are 30 minutes from La Flèche Zoo and close to other tourist sites (castles, vineyards...)

My accommodation is close to the A85 highway. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). For zoo lovers, we are about 35 minutes from the Zoo de la Flèche, about 45 minutes from the Bioparc Zoo of Doué la Fontaine and about 1 hour 30 minutes from the Beauval Zoo.
