The nice quiet ground floor apartment in the backyard with garden and small terrace is actually to be a rental apartment. At the moment, however, the apartment is still used as an apartment (it is still fully furnished and fully equipped). Since there is already another family living in the 2 family house, it is not a party apartment. The location between the main station and the centre is ideal for exploring Rostock's centre on foot or taking the S-Bahn to Warnemünde to the beach.
