we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. Our agriturismo on Hemmelsdorfer See is an almost 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Hemmelsdorfer See not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses were created. The apartment 4 is located on the garden side and can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambience.

This terraced house (approx. 100 square meters) is offered for rent when the owner is away or on vacation. We like it uncomplicated, which means almost everything stays as it is. Our house "Backbord" is a townhouse of the holiday complex "Mein Fleckchen Rügen" in a quiet, watery village location. It has its own entrance through the large terrace and from there a beautiful view of the garden of the 12000 sqm plot. The house is divided on the first floor into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams. Here is also the spacious shower room/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.
