beautyful Apartment at the sea

we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! We have allowed the hedges to grow a little higher, so you have a view over the 13,000 square meter property, but also privacy. The house is divided on the first floor into a loft-like living, dining and kitchen area, which captivates with historic beams and the bathroom/toilet. On the upper floor are the two bedrooms.

Linens and towels are included in the price. The house was completely renovated in February 2019.
