This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Old Nettelbeck Distillery - Loft Apartment

Living and vacationing under the stork's nest in old, listed walls (built 1850) in the so-called machine house of the old schnapps distillery. Exhibitions and concerts are regularly held in the vaulted rooms. In courses, blacksmithing can be learned here in the workshop. We have been renting the first apartment for 4 years - with the second we have a total of 10 beds, e.g. for family meetings or courses - or you can enjoy the place with plenty of space alone or as a couple.

All-round carefree: The beds are made when you arrive and the towels (initial set) are ready for you. This service and all ancillary costs are included in the nightly rate.

Creative vacation

The cultural house, built in the 1950s, is idyllically located in the middle of Steinfurth, on the Ochsenkoppel. Ten years ago, we fell in love with the house, bought it and renovated it. This resulted in 2 vacation apartments for guests. The hall of the cultural center is used as a studio. The house also lives as a cultural site. In addition to a regular painting and drawing course, there are exhibitions, concerts, readings, workshops and festivals.

The guest room is located in the rear wing of the old town house in a quiet lane. In the lower area of the open studio, a (sleeping) sofa invites you to linger, and a kitchenette offers space to enjoy small meals. A narrow spiral staircase leads to the sleeping area under the roof, where a cozy double bed is available. Directly behind it you enter the small, modern bathroom. A cozy alcove above the bathroom offers another sleeping option for athletes.

Country loft on a lively seminar farm in nature

The 60 sqm apartment consists of a large room with sleeping places for up to four people, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and dishwasher, as well as a bathroom with bathtub and an entrance area with washing machine. The apartment is good for families, couples and small groups. It is located in the Steinseehaus, a long old brick building on a large property with many fruit trees and shrubs, old trees and natural meadows directly on the lake.

The open, light-flooded apartment in the attic is a perfect retreat for your stay in Rostock. The location on the edge of the residential area of Rostock-Kassebohm is also a good starting point to explore the city or surrounding area by bike or public transport. Shopping & bus stop are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The apartment is perfect for those who want to spend just a couple of days or even a few weeks in the city.

Large spacious studio with direct access to a 3500 m² garden for country lovers. The studio is located in a 150-year-old stone house that was renovated until March 2023. The loft has a bed with a 160 cm wide mattress, a designer sofa, a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The studio has direct access to a large orchard. Knehden is idyllically located in a protected natural area, about five kilometers from Templin. In the area, not only cranes breed, but also sea eagles and ospreys. In addition, with a bit of luck you can discover otters, beavers and colorful kingfishers. The spectacle of the crane migration is particularly impressive in autumn. Three lakes are in the immediate vicinity and are easily accessible on foot or by bicycle.

Small studio under the roof

The guest apartment is located in the Hansaviertel near the Parkstraße S-Bahn station (to Warnemünde 20 min). It is a quiet, very green residential area with ample parking. Nearby are the Barnstorfer Forest and Lindenpark. Most faculty buildings of the University of Rostock are within walking distance! There are plenty of shopping opportunities and it is a 10-minute walk to the trendy KTV district.
