The house & location is in a very small village up in the North of Portugal. Perfect getaway for us coming from a busy part of Portugal! We enjoyed our stay at the place, and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking. It was clean, super spacious & had a trampoline & small climbing course for my kids!

We had a fantastic time and everything was pretty perfect. Paolo was very accommodating super responsive and everything was as expected. The views from the house are beautiful. We were only there for a couple of days, but you would probably want a bit longer to really explore everything in the area. Highly recommended.

Thank you Liesbet and João, for the beautiful place to get away and relax surrounded by animals and nature. No city lights so a great place for seeing the stars at night. Liesbet is a very gracious and helpful hostess, great communication. Enjoyed a fantastic horseback ride around the area lead by Joao, a magical ride! Far enough away for a few days or weeks of relaxation surrounded by nature, but it also allows you to do some sightseeing. In an hour drive you can be in Coímbra or Aveiro. Also, nearby you have all kinds of services like restaurants or supermarkets.

the space is even better than the photos, rooms with bathroom on the first floor and on the second floor a unique space with everything you need to stay with your family, I hope to return soon.

O Nuno through the Place of Borralheira transformed the Passover of the Rocha family. Everything impeccable from house instructions to places of interest. It was all done in a super easy and affordable way. At home everything went beyond the spetatives, because when you get there you know that you are at ease and that on the other side is Nuno always ready to help. Nuno has always made himself available at all times to make them easier since instructions to the house, or to serve as a guide in various points of interest. I safely recommend this stay. Very nice space, the Host extremely respectful , privacy guaranteed with parking and inviting outdoor space for good lunch and rest. We will safely return. Couple with 3 children and a dog and the space was to the extent.

Everything spectacular. The house is very large, comfortable and beautiful. The place where the house is a quiet place, you can't hear anything, just the rain falls (it took us all the time raining hahaha). It's great for anyone who wants a relaxing time. It has very close and beautiful villages that you can visit. And as a last note, if you like pizzas there is a pizzeria 5 km away, in Sao Joao de Areias, that the pizzas are brutal, the couple who carry it are phenomenal and fast, do not hesitate to go. It's next to a gas station, inside a tent.
