Beachfront vacation rentals in Medianía Baja

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. The pools and beach access at the complex were great for hours spent without leaving. Also there are three bigger nice local beaches short drives away. The kitchen is well equipped to cook in and even has a large ice machine :) great applicances including a fridge saved all our food even going 15 hours without electric! The condo is clean and well furnished, AC units work great. (and when without electric the windows opened and let it a cool breeze) the condo # was a little tricky to find at first, as the parking spots are a little deceiving, may be good to include map with confirmation, or just ask at the gate. The gate keepers were very friendly and have an easy process in place for entry.

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

Javier was very responsive and friendly the apartment was nice.

The property was fabulous, we had a quick walk to the private beach, a quick walk to the hot tub, a quick walk to the heated pool. We really enjoyed the roof top at night. The air conditioning in all the bedrooms was wonderful. We stopped at the Walmart about 20 minutes away and stocked the refrigerator and bought items for laundry. We will plan on staying at this property again. The miniature golf needs work but that is a property issue. The basketball court was fun, and the big water slide come on every Saturday and Sunday. We are thankful for the memories made at Aquatika.

The view from the condo is beautiful. The beach and pool we had basically to ourselves. We felt safe in the gaited community and location was easy to get to El Yunque, San Juan, and Luquillo for day trips. My kids loved the kitties. Grocery store was also only 10 mins away.

Excellent communication from Eduardo before, during and after our stay. Beautiful well furnished condo. He had extras in the condo including beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, and other necessities. The condo was cozy and comfortable with ac in each room and tvs in each room which we were thankful for. The grill was nice when we decided to cook out. The views are absolutely amazing from all around inside the condo. The pool and beach are only steps away and the pool was super clean so we took advantage of both. We explored Loiza and ate at the restaurants. We never felt unsafe and were in a gated community with security. The condo had all the things we needed inside and out. The outdoor area has a picnic table and several chairs and tables which was nice. There are so many convenient places close to this condo such as restaurants and supermarkets. San Juan, El Yunque, Fajardo is a short distance away. Eduardo is an AWESOME host and we will definitely stay there again!! Thank you 😊

This condo beach was amazing. It looked even better than the photos. George is an amazing host. His instructions are really clear, he’s very quick to respond to all of my texts. He also gave amazing recommendations for local restaurants and other spots.

This property in Loiza was the perfect location to everything. good distance to lot of activities we wanted to do. It was very easy to find. The home inside was exactly as described. It was very nice to have chairs and beach towels to use for the beach! We visited many of the surrounding beaches but the beach that is right behind the property is very nice too. Super peaceful.

Sandra’s was a perfect spot for a quiet vacation. My two-year-old and I went from the beach to the pool each day while Dad worked and we were some of the only people around. The place was clean and just what we needed…and a close drive to el Yunque and San Juan. There were more supplies than listed, so we were well equipped for the week.

First of all, I want to highlight the location — the beach is beautiful, and the gated community felt very safe and peaceful. The apartment was clean, the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and every room had air conditioning. The internet connection was excellent. The host, Sandra, always responded promptly. One night, when there was a complete blackout across the island, Sandra messaged us first to inform us and answer any potential questions. During the outage, we used candles that she had thoughtfully left in the apartment, and we were able to cook using the gas grill on the terrace. Speaking of the terrace — it was one of our favorite parts! It has a lovely ocean view and is furnished with a table and chairs. The beach itself is clean, calm, not crowded, and has showers available. We had a wonderful six-day stay and are truly grateful for Sandra’s hospitality.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this private cabin! The location is perfect—just a few steps from a beautiful private beach, offering the ultimate relaxation and privacy. The cabin itself is cozy, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. The highlight was definitely the amazing pool and Jacuzzi, which made the experience even more special. Whether lounging by the pool during the day or unwinding in the Jacuzzi under the stars, every moment felt like a retreat. The host was welcoming and ensured everything was perfect throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with great amenities and a stunning setting, this is the place to be. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

If you are thinking of booking here please dont hesitate to! Leonel and Eddie were the most wonderful hosts and made me and my bf feel right at home. He was very helpful and responsive and provided local recommendations everyday. It was a perfect stay for my 25th birthday. I especially loved their furbabies brandon and summer they were the sweetest dogs ever. Everything was accessible within walking distance which made it an even better stay. The beach they live by is beautiful and the location they are at is private and secluded you feel like your in your own community especially having a private beach. This stay was 10/10 and i will be coming back to book with them again. Thank you leonel and eddie 🤍 cant wait to see you guys again!

If I could rate this place 10 stars I definitely would. The home was very beautiful inside and out. The host is very friendly and responsive and helps as much as he can. The view from the house is AMAZING . The entire house has ac(living rooms and each room) each room has very comfortable beds, the house is very clean it even smells clean when you go in . I mean we just Had the best time ever . So much so that it was a bit hard to leave, it feels so much like home when you’re there and the neighbors are very friendly. MOST DEFINITELY staying again!

This was a great location with a very private beach area. They have everything you need for a beach day. It was clean and comfortable. It was a great place to relax after a busy day exploring.

Our stay in Puerto Rico was absolutely amazing, and a huge part of that was thanks to our incredible host, Sonja. Her place was spotless and meticulously maintained, reflecting the care she puts into every detail. The location was perfect, and the accommodations exceeded our expectations in every way. We felt comfortable and welcomed, making our trip even more enjoyable. We would love to stay at Sonja’s place again on our next visit to Puerto Rico. Highly recommend her for anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay!

Couldn't have been more surprised and excited about the amazing beach just steps away. It was gorgeous, quiet, and private. The beach was so clean and the water was gorgeous. Loved that it wasn't touristy. Didn't want to leave!!!

The entire family enjoyed our week at Jeanette’s beautiful condo! The private beach and pool were unbeatable, and we loved the rooftop terrace, hammock, and ocean view. The kids especially appreciated the Ms. Pac-Man game and karaoke machine. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful week and was a great base from which to explore Puerto Rico!

It was great for our family. The beach was outside the front door and just across the street. We had the beach to ourselves. The water was lovely to swim in,(sandy bottom & great waves). The host had everything we needed for the beach; towels, chairs, boogie boards were a blast. It's an older home but we had hot showers, comfortable beds, and everything we needed in the kitchen. I would recommend this place, and look forward to returning.

gated complex. beach side was nice as well as the pool. Outside the gated portion it's sketchy and roads are awful. it worked for us but some might not like it due to the area it's in. Rafael was responsive, however the local rental agency he uses isn't. Ex: they told us to park in B-157 but the numbers only went up to 156. i messaged them to ask where to park and they never answered. i also messaged them asking for instructions to turn on the livingroom AC and they never answered. they use a 'digital concierge '. we found it annoying to use. we'd prefer a binder in the unit. the agency sent us one to a completely different condo complex. when i contacted Rafael he was usually able to help. Biggest complaint i had was that they don't keep a remote for the minisplit in the condo for renter to regulate the AC. we were supposed to contact them so they could adjust the temp remotely, LOL. they also forgot to turn it on at our arrival. i dont think that's reasonable at this point

Fabian’s condo was wonderful for our family. Everything was clean and in good condition. The pools are beautiful and clean. Some pools are heated and others aren’t so you get a nice choice. There are many friendly animals (dogs, cats, chickens) roaming the area which is sort of fun. The animals don’t bother with you they just hang out. The beach is small but private and a good place to hang out. The location is close to the rainforest and the main departure sites for many activities however the local town has very little to do. Overall a really great place to stay while enjoying Puerto Rico.

The apartment complex was well maintained and quiet. The apartment itself was decorated nicely, was well-furnished, very clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed, and then some! Erica's many thoughtful details made for a perfect stay.

Had amazing visit in Loiza! Such a beautiful home & very clean! We were about 10 minutes from the beautiful Pinones beach & great food! Very close to El Yunque Rainforest, San Juan & everywhere we wanted to go. I will definitely be back to stay! ❤️

Luis was a great host. He was very responsive. The condo was perfect for our family. The pool is just steps from the backdoor. You also have access to a beautiful beach just a block from the patio. Neighbors were all very friendly and kind. Highly recommend this location for families and remote workers looking for a quite spot. Can't say enough good things about the location and host.
