Vacation rentals with a patio in Mediterranean Sea

Anastasiia’s place is super central & there is a huge supermarket nearby. What made her place different from other airbnb’s i’ve been are the welcoming gestures.. from croissants (where we were so hungry from our travels!) and simple but important things like a bottle of water etc. Her place has been delightfully designed & it was so central that we saw the Easter procession outside of our window! Bed was super comfy too ♥️ Thank you so much for having us Anastasiia! 🌟

Great apartment for our long weekend stay. Michael was the perfect host. Best equipped home I’ve ever rented. Michael really does provide everything you could need. Lovely apartment - would definitely return.

We loved our stay at Dominic’s place. First time trip to Gibraltar and it was perfect. Walked from the airport in 10 mins, across the runway, a big novelty especially as I’m a bit of an aviation geek😁 Easy to jump on a bus outside to most locations (bus info is helpfully printed out in apartment along with other local attraction info) or walk the 10/15 mins into the heart of town, ocean village etc. loads of bars/restaurants etc. East beach is lovely for a swim and 7-8 min walk. Spotlessly clean, beds super comfy, we had everything we needed. I now have to buy an egg chair for home as our 14 year old loved it. The balconies were amazing, couldn’t get much closer to The Rock. Dominic was so quick to respond to questions and we were able to drop our cases in the apartment early after arriving at lunchtime & then wander into town with just our hand luggage bags . Thanks for a great experience😁

This place is in the perfect location. It’s clean and spacious and perfect for a getaway. There are plenty of blankets and towels which is also amazing. Would highly recommend !

Jelena really deserves her name as a super host. The apartment is really well equipped, the responsiveness is almost immediate... We had a great stay of a week. The terrace is really spacious and the garage is very convenient. Very comfortable bedding.. We recommend

Can’t say enough nice things about Nico’s place. Very clean and spacious, had everything we needed and was in a great neighborhood. Patio was so pleasant to sit out on and have wine. Highly recommend!

The host made the check in very easy and provided good and helpful information😊 The place was clean, cozy and provided a lot of extra services such as snacks, fruit and more. The house have a great atmosphere. You're right in vacation mode. There are three different seating options where you can enjoy the sun right by the house. The facility around it is very nice and well maintained. We liked the location. It is relaxed / quiet and not far away from everything you want to see. Great place to stay on our tour of Andalucía. Very nice personal welcome. I would be happy to come back.

A nice and spacious house equipped with all comforts in a quiet neighborhood. It's a bit of a walk to the sights, but we always like that. On a next visit to Paphos we would book the house again.

Incredible hospitality, greeting us with tea juice and raki, and the house is a nice little oasis.

We had a good stay at Falinda's apartment. It was clean and comfortable, and her brother welcomed us warmly. The location is convenient, being close to the city park and about a 30-minute walk to the city center. Overall, a pleasant experience. We recommend it!

A lovely, clean stay and very good host.

The apartment is really wonderful! It is indeed luxury and has a great shower and beds including mattresses comparing to regular Albanian houses. Also the communication went easy and correct. Kostaq and his family (which live at the same property nearby) are really kind and generous. Quiet and green area as it is up hill. Parking space next to the apartment which is great.

Our stay was 10 stars . Ben has been kind, close and professional. The incredible apartment, perfect, with a spectacular view from the double terrace. Definitely a place with idyllic location and our option number one if we return to La Alcaidesa. Thank you Ben!

We had a great time at the accommodation. The accommodation is very clean, very functional, everything is well thought out. The 2 terraces are a real plus, breakfast with the sunrise in the back. The pool, like the tennis courts, are close by and accessible. We will definitely be coming back!

Judy is an amazing host. She was always helpful and made wonderful suggestions. She quickly responded to any questions I had. The apartment was spacious, clean and bright. Highly recommend staying here.

Miravel, La Cala, is a special place. We were met by the lovely Jani who was so helpful in showing us around. Communication from both Paul the owner and Paul the property manager was first class. We relaxed instantly. The pictures depict exactly what you get and the beds, sofas, etc are of excellent quality and very comfortable. The apartment is very well appointed with everything you need for a self catering holiday. It is also well positioned for the local restaurants. This is definitely a home from home and well cared for. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the driving range hearing the gentle click of club v ball was so relaxing. We all felt like Peter Allis commentating on individual swing styles! Surprisingly there are several kestrels nesting nearby and the air displays only added to the general feeling of peace and relaxation. Very helpful and kind host — thank Zorica! She was always responsive and made sure everything was comfortable during my stay. Great location, just 5–10 minutes from the Old City and the Spanish Fort. The apartment is well-equipped with everything you might need (including a large fridge, which many other places don’t have). Having a heater was a real bonus during the bad weather.
