Clean apartment, with a parking space right in front, which is super convenient. Great value for the money and cool amenities, including the connected projector. I would recommend it in a second.

I was more likely to communicate with Anna. Reserved 3 weeks in advance and said I need a quiet place for my thesis. One day before arrival, she wrote to me that they have a tape rehearsal the next day. At first I was unsure, but she had a great solution (heated, furnished greenhouse) ready. Otherwise very quiet location, 5 minutes walk away Kaufland. Small excursions were also close by. The place was very clean, lots of kitchen utensils, so there was really nothing missing. Outside is a small table where you can eat/read/work in a great atmosphere. Great value.

It was an absolute pleasure to have stayed at Chris’ place for a month. The rooftop apartment was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped for extended stays. One of the highlights is beautiful daily view of the countryside from the kitchen / dining area. The nearest supermarket (Aldi) and bus stand are both a 10-min walk away, and the nearest train station is a 15-min walk away. Using the Deutschlandticket, you may use Chris’ home as a base to visit Chemnitz, Dresden, Leipzig, etc. Our one-month stay went by fast, and we hope to return one day. We highly recommend Chris’ home to others. Many thanks to Chris and his family.

The apartment is located in a great, quiet location with beautiful distant views – perfect for unwinding. Very cozily furnished and only about 10 minutes from downtown. Check in went smoothly thanks to the clear and helpful instructions. The house rules were also communicated transparently. Everything worked out great – even with a dog the stay was completely uncomplicated. We felt completely comfortable!
